3" We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited. 4 Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; 5 in beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; 6 in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;"
                                                                                  2 Corinthians 6:3-6

In war there are casulties. Some win and some lose. Some are better off and some are in despair. So it is with war in the natural as well as the spiritual.  The loser is always satan, but it is a win, win, situation for believers!   As leaders, front line soldiers we face the fierceness of battle not just for ourselves, our families or the ministry but for the souls of others that we are fighting to win for the kingdom.  Every prayer we pray, destroys weapons of the enemy in others lives, every word of encouragment, tears down strongholds of fear and oppression, every sermon, every hug, every piece of bread we give in the name of the Lord is a blow to the enemies devices and weapons and hell is mad!

That is why as leaders we endure so much spiritual attack, sickness, depression, chaos and destruction, sleepless nights, lies, backbiting, gossip, defamation of character, witchcraft assignments against the ministry.  It is not about us, but it is because of those we serve.  what you endure makes you stronger, wiser and better, and it increases Gods anointing on your life.  It also is a testimony to those in your church, ministry, or group, showing them that if they continue to fight the good fight of faith, that their victory, and deliverance is assured! The enemy desires to cutt off the place of power, which is you, discredit you, dismember you and strip you on your power, if he is able to do that than he can scatter the sheep!  If He can get you to start living out side God's will, cause you to quit or throw in the towel, or knock you off center than he can take his prisoners back by sending one of his ministers to them.

Endure my sisters, Pastors, First ladies, endure, stay in the fight, don't abandon your post, go forth with the ministry, stand by your husband, keep preaching the word of God and refuse to surrender or retreat, God is with you and has given you the strength to walk out your assignment.  So look to the hills from whence cometh your help, your help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth.   God has you in your rightful place, with authority and power and though you will go through storms, trials, stresses and pain, it is all, "SO THAT OTHERS MAY LIVE!"

"............. so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day." Ezekiel 34:12

Leaders have a quality that makes them able to see the big picture, or the vision of a thing with everyone involved in mind. This is the Leader that comes from God, he or she is not selfish or manipulating but truly a person after God’s own heart who desires the liberation of others.

Good leaders teach people what they need to know to do their jobs, but Great leaders deliver then from the boundaries and limitations set by their current assignments by expanding their knowledge with teaching that will put them in the CEO, Pastor or Bishop seat one day!

Women in leadership is not a new concept.  There were women in the bible that God used to lead his people and to be in His mouth piece, voice of wisdom, guidance and bring about victory in the lives of others.

"Now Deborah, a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth, was leading Israel at that time."  Judges 4:4

Deborah the Prophetess was of good character, fullof righteousness and was a front leader in Gods corporation.  As a front Leader you are responsible for disseminating the information to those who are following you correctly as the vision of the business, ministry, home, etc. has stated.  As a Front Leader we are to write the vision and make it plain, training the workers to carry out the vision according to the plans given and to complete the work.

Today decide what kind of Leader you are and get in your position and role accordingly that the work may not cease.

Deborah gave Barak the Military leader instructions,  "The LORD, the God of Israel, commands you: 'Go, take with you ten thousand men of Naphtali and Zebulun and lead them up to Mount Tabor."
Judges 4:6

Barak realizing he did not have the heart to carry out the mission by leading from the front ask Deborah to lead the charge against the enemy,
"Then Barak said to her, "If you will go with me, then I will go; but if you will not go with me, I will not go." Judges 4:8  and she gained great victory!!!!!
"She said, "I will surely go with you; nevertheless, the honor shall not be yours on the journey that you are about to take, for the LORD will sell Sisera into the hands of a woman." Judges 4:9
 When God has ordained you as a leader of people no one's opinion or preconceived notions should be able to stop you or kill your confidence in the call of God on your life!
Be confident in your position today and LEAD THE CHARGE!!!!!

Leaders are not born, leaders are made!  Although everyone has the potential to be a great leader there are only few that actually tap into that potential.  God has elected leaders of great character and tenacity that are dedicated and fervently searching and seeking after the purpose of God.

Today as you are searching for wisdom, direction and more of the spirit of God to increase on your life, just know that because you are searching after him, He will reward you. God himself is seeking you out with tenacity, passion, devotion and will not cease until He finds you and the "Great Leader" he has destined you to be.
